2. Our Services

Yellow Prime provides technology-enabled logistics, transportation, courier, mobility, and related services through its operating brands, including Yellow Package.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding login credentials.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through licensed third-party payment providers. Yellow Prime does not store full card details.

5. Service Limitations

Yellow Prime does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services and is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.

6. Prohibited Use

Users may not misuse the platform, engage in fraud, or violate applicable laws.

7. Liability & Indemnity

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Users agree to indemnify Yellow Prime against misuse of services.

8. Termination

Yellow Prime may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
